We strive to make your experience finding your next home an enjoyable one.  Please be sure to fully read “RCH Investments Tenancy Criteria” before submitting your application. If you are interested in one of our rental properties, please select the desired property (View Details) and the complete the "Get in Touch" form. Please be sure to fill out as much information as possible. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.  We use a third-party vendor for our screening and application process. We only list our available rentals on our website and on Zillow.  We don’t list our rentals on any other websites or third-party platforms (for example, Craigslist, Facebook Market Place, etc.).

To streamline the screening and application process, we exclusively utilize Zillow for these procedures.  If you're interested in any of our rental listings, kindly visit the respective listing on Zillow. There, you'll find detailed information about the property and can initiate the screening and application process directly through their platform.  We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you in finding your next home!

RCH Investments is part of the Crime Free Rental Housing Program, a partnership between the Yakima Police, local landlords, and tenants working together to foster a safer and healthier community in rental housing. This program is designed to reduce crime, illegal drug activity, and gang activity on rental housing premises under the supervision of the local police department or a crime prevention officer.
